Please your Honor.....do not allow these cruel and uncaring so called human beings to ever be allowed to own any animals ever again....it's evident they don't care. They also should have to be made to pay the expenses that the shelters and rescue organizations have had to pay to get these gentle companion animals back to good health. Thank You.
