Cette fontaine embellit la place Gordon et
Je l’ai toujours connue ; je m’y promène souvent. Pourquoi supprimer ce qui est beau ?

I passed many afternoons, with each of my three newly-born children, at the fountain. It was a haven of peace for a young father, and each of the three played for hours around the pool, in their turn. The fountain fits architecturally with the City Hall building, and if modernized, would just not be Saint Lambert anymore. The Parks people make it very nice every year with their flowers.
