 I totaly agree .  We have no right to close our eyes on crualty on animals . We should speak up and let people know when we do not approve off what they are doing.

If you witness crualty against an animal , you just not only have the rights but you have the obligation to dial 911 for the police .  Any unproper care to an animal  is a call to 911 covered by a police car .  Because it is in the criminal code . Dont we forget it ! !!!
