Berger Blanc is allowed to continue -- and from what I glean from it's recent practices it is not much better... still does not allow rescues to to freely come and take dogs/cats out, lots of secrecy... and now this. What is the point of the huge expense and effort in having saved these poor souls only to be replaced by other ones.
