In addition, I would request that they establish facilities in each borough that they serve, which would serve residents better, and be more modern and environmentally enriched than what they currently have;

That they cease stacking dogs on top of each other, and that each dog has access to outside,

That they immediately redirect all non-canine, non-feline surrenders and impounded animals to rescue groups or specialized shelters with their appropriate paperwork for the city, so that these animals are adequately looked after and the special groups are compensated by the city for their impoundment.
