Contre la cotisation spéciale

Nous, soussignés, co-propriétaires dans le projet Cité l’Acadie phase 1,  considérons la cotisation spéciale imposée par Ges-Mar déraisonnable.  Le préavis ridiculement court,la contribution elle-même et le fait que nous ne reconnaissons aucunement le pouvoir à Ges-Mar ni au syndicat de co-propriété le pouvoir d’exiger un tel paiement sont les raisons pour lesquelles nous ne comptons pas faire ledit paiement.  La cotisation pourra être débattue lors d’une prochaine réunion du syndicat.

We, the undersigned, co-owners in the City project Acadia Phase 1, consider the special contribution asked by Ges-Mar unreasonable. The ridiculously short notice, the contribution itself and the fact that we recognize no authority to Ges-Mar or the union the power to require such payment are the reasons why we will not pay the requested amount. The contribution will be discussed at a future meeting of the union.
