Désirons porter à l’attention des membres du Conseil d’administration de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec

Que

En octroyant des budgets au Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS), au Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux (CIUSSS) et aux établissements privés conventionnés (EPC), pour qu’ils effectuent la formation sur la thérapie intraveineuse à une minorité et non à la totalité des infirmières et d’infirmiers auxiliaires travaillant dans ces établissements constitue un recul sans précédent à l’égard de la profession et contribuera à créer des classes d’infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires. Ce qui constitue un traitement inéquitable de la part de l’Ordre envers ses membres en ne respectant pas l’une de ses missions premières qui est de promouvoir la profession d’infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires.

À CES CAUSES, les pétitionnaires demandent au Conseil d’administration de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec

S’assurer que l’ensemble de ses membres puissent bénéficier de la formation sur la thérapie intraveineuse avant d’octroyer aux établissements des budgets puisés à même les cotisations payées par l’ensemble de ses membres.

Wish to bring to the attention of members of the Board of the l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Quebec

that

Allocating budgets to integrated health and social services center (CISSS) at University Centre Integrated health and social services (CIUSSS) and private institutions under agreement (EPC), for they perform training on intravenous therapy a minority, not all nurses and nursing assistants working in these establishments is an unprecedented setback in respect of the profession and help create classes nursing assistants. What constitutes unfair treatment on the part of the Order to its members by not complying with one of its first missions is to promote the profession of nursing assistants.

THEREFORE, the petitioners ask the Board of the l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Quebec

Of

Ensure that all its members can benefit from training on intravenous therapy before granting institutions budgets drawn from the contributions paid by all its members.
