Tout à fait d'accord avec la reconnaissance Bac+3 : j'ai ma fille qui effectue sa 3ème année pour être Educateur Spécialisé et je peux vous dire qu'elle galère !

On m'a dit : "super pour toi, maintenant tu vas avoir la même paye que les attachés" OUI, c'est vrai MAIS la transposition des CSE dans le NES arrête la progression au 1er grade d'attaché !!! Sachant que les attachés ont 3 grades, on est toujours pas alignés finalement.
