The Mascouche Airport is important to the community for business and travel purposes. Close the airport and you will lose important visitors and businessmen that use the airport for access to the region. If the politicians allow the airport to be closed, it would only show their shortsightedness and lack of understanding of the importance of general aviation. Often corruption lurks in the background in these types of situations, so hopefully the Federal government will protect the airport and the rights of the citizens requiring this important infrastructure.
