Or, un certificat d’autorisation d’usage autorisant l’usage « débit de boissons alcooliques » nous a été émis par l’arrondissement du Sud-Ouest en date du 4 avril 2017. La conséquence directe de l’erreur admise par l’administration serait la révocation de notre permis d’alcool émis par la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (Québec). Dès lors nous serions obligés de fermer les portes.

Bar Playground might be closed due to the error of city advinistration.

The south-western district is considering shuting down the operations of bar Playground; an internal administrative error has been recognized, stating that following the article 199.1 of the Règlement d’urbanisme, the usage of the autorized certificat of usage «débit de boissons alcooliques» is forbidden inside the building located at 1384 Notre-Dame street W, in the Griffintown district.

Though, a usage certificate for «débit de boissons alcooliques » has been provided by the South-West disctrict dated April 4th 2017. The consquence of the mistake commited by the administration would be the revocation of the alcool license provided by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux(Quebec). Playground would have no choice but to close.
