Considérant


1. Que le Cercle des Cent-suisses est une institution d’utilité publique qui se veut défendre son hymne national suisse


2. Que la Société suisse d’utilité publique veut changer notre hymne national suisse


3. Que notre hymne national jouit d’une grande popularité


4. Que depuis les années 1960 le Conseil fédéral s’est toujours opposé à son changement


5. Que la motion 043046  de la conseillère nationale socialiste Kiener Nellen Margret visant à changer notre hymne national en 2004 a été rejetée par le Conseil fédéral


6. Que la réponse du 25.06.2014 du Conseil fédéral concernant la motion 14.3336 du conseiller national UDC ne nous donne pas satisfaction


7. Que notre hymne national actuel correspond aux attentes des citoyens et citoyennes et qu’il est digne d’être notre hymne national suisse


les pétitionnaires demandent au Conseil fédéral :


• Que notre hymne national ne soit en aucun cas changé, modifié ou réinterprété

Petition für Die Aufmerksamkeit des Bundesrates

➢Ändere nichts an meiner Nationalhymne !  

 

In Anbetracht

1.Dass den Kreis der Hundert Schweiz eine Einrichtung des öffentlichen Nutzens welcher seine Schweizer Nationalhymne.

2. Die Schweizer Offentlichkeit will unsere Schweizer Nationalhymne ändern.

3. Das Unsere Nationalhymne eine grosse Beliebtheit geniesst.

4. Dass seit den 1960er Jahren der Bundesrat immer gegen die Änderung war.

5. Dass die Bewegung 043046 der Sozialistischen Nationalrätin Kiener Nellen Margret unsere nationalhymne im Jahr 2004 zu ändern wurde vom Bundesrat abgelehnt.

6. Dass die Antwort vom 25.06.2014 des Bundesrates auf die Bewegung des UDC Nationalrates gibt uns keine Befriedigung.

7. Dass unsere derzeitigen Nationalhymne den Erwartungen der Bürgerinnen und Bürger entspricht, und verdient unsere Nationalhymne.

  Die Antragsteller bitten den Bundesrat :

- Nationalhymne in keinem Fall verändert, modifiziert oder neu interpretiert werden

➢ Non toccare il mio inno nazionale !

 

Considerando

 

1. Che il cerchio dei cento-svizzeri è un'istituzione d'utilità pubblica che vuole difendere il suo inno nazionale Svizzero

2. Che la società Svizzera d'utilità pubblica vuole cambiare il nostro inno nazionale svizzero

3. Che il nostro inno nazionale usufruisce di una grande popolarità

4. Che dagli anni 1960 il Consiglio federale si è sempre opposto al suo cambiamento 

5. Che il moto 043046 del consulente nazionale Kiener socialista Nellen Margret che cerca di cambiare il nostro inno nazionale nel 2004 è stato respinto  dal Consiglio federale

6. Che la risposta del 25.06.2014 del Consiglio federale riguardante il moto 14.3336 del consigliere nazionale UDC non ci dà soddisfazione

7. Che il nostro inno nazionale attuale corrisponde alle aspettative dei cittadini e cittadine e che è degno d’essere il nostro inno nazionale Svizzero  

Gli istanti chiedono al Consiglio federale:

Che il nostro inno nazionale non sia mai cambiato, modificato o interpretato nuovamente

Petition to the attention of the Federal Council

➢ Do not touch my national anthem!

 

 Considering

 

1. The Cercle des Cent-Suisses is a public utility institution that wants to defend its Swiss national anthem

2. The  Swiss society of public utility wants to change our Swiss national anthem

3.  Our  national anthem enjoys great popularity

4.  Since the 1960s the Swiss federal Council has always objected and opposed to change it

5. That the motion 043046 of the Socialist National Adviser Kiener Nellen Margret to change our national anthem in 2004 was rejected by the federal  Council    

6. That the response of the Federal Council of 25.06.2014 on the motion 14.3336 of the National Council UDC does not give us satisfaction 

7. Our current national anthem corresponds to the expectations of citizens and it is worthy to be our Swiss national anthem  

 

The petitioners are asking  the federal Commission:

that our national anthem is in no way changed, amended or reinterpreted
